A trade buyer reordering forty lines and a first-time retail customer are not doing the same thing. Most stores are built as though they are.
So every project starts by working out how people actually buy from you, out of your analytics, your support inbox and your own team, and the store gets built around that. It is where the return comes from, and it is the part a template cannot guess.

Am I the right size for you?
We work with Australian brands turning over $5M or more on Shopify. Below that, the gains we make usually do not pay for the work, and we would rather tell you that now than three months in.
Who actually does the work?
Senior developers only, and the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. Every agency at this level says that, so judge us on what it buys you: fixes that ship in days, no re-briefing, and the numbers above.
Do you only do Shopify?
Only Shopify and Shopify Plus, since day one. Every project sharpens the same skills you are hiring for, and we are never learning a platform on your budget.
What does it cost?
Projects are fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before we start, with retainers billed monthly. We will give you a range on the first call rather than make you sit through a pitch to find out.
I am mid-contract with another agency.
That is common and it is fine. Plenty of our work starts as a second opinion or a fixed-scope project alongside an incumbent. The teardown is free either way, and it is yours to keep whoever ends up doing the work.
