What we did

• Headless storefront built in Angular and hosted on Vercel, running on Shopify with Prismic for campaign and editorial content — the header, search, mini cart and checkout path are all rendered by the app, not a theme
• A find-your-coffee quiz for the customer who does not know what to order: six questions opening on how they brew — espresso, stovetop, filter, plunger, Aeropress or Turkish — ending in a matched recommendation
• A subscription builder for the customer who does: four steps from coffee style through grind, amount and delivery frequency, plus a separate gifting flow for buying a subscription for someone else
• Every step of both wizards explains why it is asking, so the flow reads like the conversation at the roastery counter rather than a form to be completed
• A headless Recharge portal rebuilt inside the storefront, so subscribers change grind, skip a delivery or shift frequency without being handed off to a third-party page
• Five independent filter axes across the range — brewing method, coffee type, region, roast profile and taste profile
• Collection search and curated merchandising served by Mercury, so staff picks and seasonal selections are composed rather than hand-built as collections
• Okendo reviews, Klaviyo email and Smile.io loyalty running as Bean Counter Rewards
