What we did
- A new custom Shopify theme, designed and built from the ground up
- A third-party app stack chosen and configured around it rather than inherited — Okendo for reviews, Microsoft Clarity for behaviour analysis, ShipStation for fulfilment
- Catalogue and navigation architecture organised by what the customer is powering, not by what the product is: caravan, off-grid, canopy and dual-battery kits sit alongside the individual components
- An add-on builder on the product page, so solar blankets, cables and fridges attach to a power station in the same visit rather than a second one
- Store pickup and a stockist and installer finder, tying the online range to the Burswood store and the dealer network
- UI/UX design across the rebuild
