All work Case study / Shopify
Daily Orders.
Acrylic wall planners, fridge planners and planning boards, custom printed in Australia. Owned and run by mums for busy families — and a registered NDIS provider selling the same boards as assistive technology.

The approach
Built for
the business.
What we did
- Headless storefront built in Angular on the Shopify Storefront API, hosted on Vercel
- A second checkout that never takes payment: NDIS participants choose "Invoice for NDIS" in the cart instead of paying, enter participant and plan details, and receive a downloadable invoice that someone else settles later
- One flow serving three funding types — self managed, plan managed and NDIA managed — because the same invoice has to travel to a different payer in each case, with provider endorsement handled for participants on the PACE system
- Both paths share one catalogue, one cart and one set of product pages, so a family buying a planner and a participant claiming one never see two different stores
- Storyblok CMS rendered as first-class components inside the app, so the team ships campaign pages without a developer
- Filtering by type, orientation, size and colour across a made-to-order range, with back-in-stock alerts and a wishlist
- Merchandising zones served by Mercury, so the team can place and reorder product groupings across the site without a deploy
- Bundles, a dedicated NDIS collection and Okendo reviews
