What we did
- Headless storefront built in Angular on the Shopify Storefront API, server-rendered through Express and hosted on Vercel
- A personalisation wizard that opens on vessel size and configures a made-to-order cup step by step, rather than asking customers to decode a variant list
- Retail, wholesale and co-brand each given their own route into the same catalogue, so none of them is a separate site to maintain
- A store selector built into the header, so international customers land on their own market rather than a single global default
- Storyblok CMS for campaigns, recipes and editorial content, rendered as components inside the app
- Collection search and merchandising served by Mercury, so discovery across the range is not limited to what a Shopify collection can express
