Trade pricing and company accounts
Shopify catalogs and price lists carry each buyer’s pricing through the storefront and checkout natively, alongside B2B company accounts and payment terms where the business orders on account.

A trade buyer does not check out like a retail customer. They have their own prices, they order on account, and some of what they buy has to be quoted first. We build that into Shopify, on the same catalogue as your retail store, so wholesale stops living in an inbox and a spreadsheet.
What we build
Most B2B builds need some of these, not all of them. Each one links to the store or integration where it is running, so you can see it working before you ask for it.

Products without a price show POA and go to a quote list. A cart that should be quoted becomes a quote request instead of a checkout, and a mixed cart does both in one visit.

A way for trade buyers to apply for an account and reach their own pricing, without a second store and without your team setting each one up by hand.

Trade prices maintained once, in the system the business runs on, and written into Shopify price lists. Quotes land in the ERP as drafts, so nobody re-keys them from an email.

Households, cafes, trade and co-brand buyers each get their own route into the same products, so nobody maintains a wholesale store beside the retail one.

For orders someone else settles later. The same cart ends in an invoice instead of a payment, with the details the payer needs collected before it is issued.

Behind the storefront
Daily Orders
A second checkout that takes no payment: the same cart becomes an invoice an NDIS participant, plan manager or the NDIA settles later.
Warranbrooke
Carts that should be quoted are raised as draft quotes in Cin7 Core, and Cin7 price tiers are written into Shopify price lists.
EDMO Asia Pacific
Priced lines go through checkout, price-on-application lines become a draft quote in Cin7 Core, and Cin7 price tiers are written into Shopify price lists.
Shopify B2B questions
Not necessarily. Since April 2026 Shopify’s B2B features, including company accounts, catalogs, price lists and payment terms, are included on its standard paid plans, with a limit on the number of catalogs. Plus removes that limit and adds checkout customisation. We will tell you which side of that line your business sits on before you pay for an upgrade.
Yes, and it is usually the better answer. One catalogue and one source of inventory, with each kind of buyer given their own prices and their own way in. We have built it that way for Byron Bay Cookie Company, Made by Fressko and HospEquip.
Yes. For Warranbrooke and EDMO Asia Pacific, price tiers are kept in Cin7 Core and a sync writes them into Shopify price lists. From there it is native Shopify pricing on the storefront and at checkout, with no pricing logic in the theme to maintain.
Yes. Price-on-application products can sit in the same catalogue as everything else and go to a quote instead of a checkout. On EDMO Asia Pacific a buyer checks out the priced lines and requests a quote for the rest from one cart, and the quote is raised in Cin7 Core as a draft.
With how your buyers order now: who they are, what they pay, and what your team re-keys. Send us the store and we will tell you what we would build first. We work with brands turning over $5M or more on Shopify.
